Winner: A Taste of Honey

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, particularly when it allows you to look back on the impressive amount of Best New Artist Grammy winners who have gone on to achieve precisely nothing after winning the award, despite many of the losing nominees going on to greatness.

One such occurence came in 1979, when forgotten disco band A Taste Of Honey took the prize at the expense of British singer-songwriter extraordinaire Elvis Costello.
