We don't think winner Kelsey Grammar could take Rahm Emanuel in a fight, and the Chicago mayor of "Boss" (Grammar) likely knows less about surviving the Windy City's South Side than its current one (Emanuel). Kudos though to Grammar for collecting his third Golden Globe.
