Given that there were only two nominees, it made sense to have presenters Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis drag things out with their routine. Of course Bret McKenzie, one half of Flight of the Conchords, deserved the award for writing "Man or Muppet" and gave the perfect speech: concise, funny and sweet.
