Best Picture: The Artist

The biggest reason for wanting The Artist to win Best Picture was to see Uggie the dog on stage once more... that and the fact that the film really was wonderful. For those of you unsure of going to see a silent film, you really should. This really was an artistic triumph, one only marred by Billy Crystal's Borscht Belt send-off.
