Aditya Roy Kapur, Parineeti in YRF film
Mumbai: Actors Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra will be teaming up for a film to be directed by Habib Faisal of 'Ishaqzaade' fame.
The movie, a love story, will be produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films (YRF) banner.
Aditya is basking in the box office success of 'Aashiqui 2'. The 27-year-old played the lead role in Mohit Suri-directed romantic musical drama, which released early this year.
It will be for the second time that Parineeti will be working with Faisal.
Faisal has also written the yet to be titled film, which goes on floor in September and is likely to hit cinema halls in mid-2014, YRF said in a statement here.
Parineeti made her acting debut with YRF banner's 'Ladies vs Ricky Bahl'. The actress has two other projects with the same banner and one of them will be directed by Maneesh Sharma of 'Band Baaja Baarat' fame.
The second one is 'Kill Dil', directed by Shaad Ali. Besides Parineeti, the romantic action film will feature Ranveer Singh and Ali Zafar in the lead roles.
Faisal has been associated with YRF for a long time in capacity of either a screenplay writer or a dialogue writer for films like 'Ta Ra Rum Pum', 'Band Baaja Baarat, 'Ladies vs Ricky Bahl', among others.
Aditya will be working with the leading Bollywood production house for the first time.
