Ali Zafar to do a cameo in 'Tere Bin Laden 3'
Mumbai: Ali Zafar is all set to make a special appearance in the sequel to the popular film 'Tere Bin Laden', which established him as an actor in Bollywood.
Having read the script of the sequel, titled 'Tere Bin Laden 3', the actor suggested doing a cameo in the film.
Director Abhishek Sharma and production house Walkwaters thought the idea was exciting.
"The 'Tere Bin Laden' team is intact. Ali was an integral part of the film and shares excellent relations with us at Walkwater. He is aware of every development of the sequel and will be a part of the film. I'm very excited about 'Tere Bin Laden 3', as it reunites a young talented bunch of people and will make us relive the exciting 'TBL' journey," said producer Pooja Shetty.
Ali said, "Abhishek Sharma and the producers are very kind and special to me from the start of my career. So for 'Tere Bin Laden' sequel, when Abhishek narrated the new concept and the story line, there was a certain part which I found pretty exciting.
"Upon requesting to play that same part, Abhishek and producers also found it different. They also wrote the part which was on me and which marked a special cameo. When you see the film you will know why."
The sequel to the 2010 film will go on floors soon.
