1. 'Waar' revolves around a plot by 'Indian agents' to carry out the biggest ever blast in Pakistan. The film seems to lay the blame for everything bad happening in Pakistan at India's doorstep. 'Waar' also bizarrely suggests that the dreaded Pakistani Taliban is controlled by India.

2. Directed by Bilal Lashari, 'Waar' stars Shaan Shahid, Shamoon Abbasi, Ali Azmat, Ayesha Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi among others.

3. 'Waar' is said to be the most expensive Pakistani film ever to be made. Rumour has it that the film is partly funded by Pakistan's intelligence service.
