Arbaaz Khan urges people to vote

With the Bombay Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections set for Thursday, actor Arbaaz Khan says it is vitally important for people to vote.
This is more so for the educated class as this is the only way to ensure that the right candidate gets elected, he said.
"When more people vote, chances of a good candidate being elected increases. It is important for every person to cast his vote because your vote is important," the 44-year-old said at Rizvi College.
Arbaaz believes it is important for the youth to take part in the democratic process.
"Point is to get the youth to vote. In the next 10 years, 60 percent of Indian population is going to be predominantly youth. If they are going to run away from their responsibility now, they are going to face the same problems 10-15 years down the line," said Arbaaz, currently busy with pre-production work of 'Dabangg 2'.
