Ashmit goes freewheeling
Ashmit Patel may not be very busy with his films, but he sure knows how to make use of his free time.
The actor, who is a biking enthusiast, often takes off on a number of road trips with his friends. And now, Patel is all set to bike all the way from Mumbai to Rajasthan with his friends in the first or second week of July.
But Patel won't be here just for pleasure; the actor is combining the trip with a shoot for his film called 'Parivaar', for which the remaining cast and crew will be flying in directly from Mumbai. But undaunted by Rajasthan's blistering heat, Patel is set to take off on his bike in a couple of days.
"I am paired opposite my 'Bigg Boss' friend Sara Khan and the shooting will take place at Khatu Shaymji Mandir," reveals the actor, adding, "It's a story of two families who believe in a Baba, and somehow their beliefs lead the families to clash with each other."
Excited about returning to the big screen after a long gap, Patel says matter-of-factly, "Post 'Bigg Boss', I didn't want to just do any film that came my way."
