Anupam excited to work with Rekha

Mumbai: They worked together in films like 'Sansar' and 'Mera Pati Sirf Mera Hai' and after many years, yesteryears screen diva Rekha and the talented Anupam Kher are coming together for "Super Nani", a film on women's empowerment. Kher is looking forward to work with the actress.

What excites Anupam more is the fact that "all my scenes are with Rekha in 'Super Nani".

"It's a very wonderful role and it will be great to work with Rekha after a gap of so many years. I am excited to work with her. We are starting the shooting from the first week of February," he said.

Praising the actress of films like 'Utsav', 'Ghar' and 'Umrao Jaan' to the skies, Anupam said: "She is fantastic. She is another person who keeps reinventing herself. I am really looking forward to work with her. I am 100 percent sure she is looking as great as ever."

Produced by Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria's Maruti International, 'Super Nani' also stars Sharman Joshi.

When asked about his role in the film, Anupam said he is not allowed to divulge character related information right now. "I will start shooting soon, so you will have to wait and watch," he said.
