Mumbai: Choreographer-turned-director Remo D'Souza has planned the sequel of 'Any Body Can Dance', India's first 3D dance film, with actor-director and ace choreographer Prabhu Deva.
Although the director is busy with the promotions, it doesn't stop him from planning about the film's sequel.
Talking about the cast of the sequel, he said he has already finalised one name.
"I am really waiting for the film to release so that I can start working on the sequel. The next film will have Prabhu Deva for sure. The rest we will see," Remo told IANS.
When the film will hit screens on February 8, it would be a dream come true for Remo, who has been working on this for a long time.
"...a dream which I saw some 19 years back. I always wanted to make a film on dance," said the 38-year-old.
The film shows 50 different forms of dance.
"I feel that a new genre will be created after the film. The genre of dance film has not been touched properly yet," Remo said.
Will audience accept a dance film?
"The audience today is looking out for new things. They want something exciting every time. My film is a film which can be watched by everyone together. It will be a great experience for them," said Remo who is planning to write a book on dance.
"I will be writing a book on dance. I will travel to villages in India and see the kind of dance which they do," he said.
