Aditya Chopra, Rani Mukherjee marriage on cards?

He has filed an application in the Bandra family court, to seek divorce from his wife Payal Khanna.

Reportedly, Aditya Chopra and the Bollywood actress, Rani Mukherjee, have been seeing each other since last two years. The romance between Aditya and Rani started during the making of ‘Hum Tum’. Aditya and Rani showed it all with the close physical proximity they share with each other. Aditya has always been spotted with Rani, even at her script reading sessions. He even advised Rani on her new projects.

Finally, it’s all out, ‘the other woman’ has beaten Aditya’s Biwi no.1. Aditya and Payal has filed a formal divorce petition on mutual consent terms. The petition cites “irreconcilable differences” as the ground to part ways.

Aditya would have to wait till May before he could have her love lady Rani in his life officially. As, only after completing the mandatory six-month separation period, all legal ties with his wife would be snapped.

Aditya's family is not happy with the divorce decision. Sources say that Payal has her in-laws support. They love their daughter-in-law and would like to take care of her even after the divorce. It is also heard that the hefty amount as alimony to Payal would raise her bank balance substantially.

So, has Aditya reassured Rani that he wants her in his life?
