Emraan hopes 'Jannat 2' will be a musical success
"The music of 'Jannat 2' is extremely melodious. The entire team of 'Jannat 2' has a unique taste for quality music and hence, when the team comes together, it anticipates an extraordinary musical event," Emraan said at the premiere of 'Jannat 2' music at Radio City 91.1 FM.
Producer Mukesh Bhatt of Vishesh Films is also confident that the music of the film will replicate the success of its prequel 'Jannat', which released in 2008.
"Music is an integral part of all Vishesh film productions with the entire team involved in the process.
"Given our history of hits, the runaway musical success of 'Jannat' will surely be replicated by 'Jannat 2', if not surpassing it. With the voices of Shafqat Amanat Ali , KK, Javed Ali and Mohit Chauhan, the soundtrack will have you turning up the volume," said Bhatt.
Directed by Kunal Deshmukh, 'Jannat 2' stars Emraan, Randeep Hooda, Imran Zahid, and Esha Gupta in prominent roles.
The film hits the silver screens on May 4, 2012.
