In October 2009, Karan Johar releases a film called 'Wake Up Sid'. In one scene, its stars Ranbir and Konkona are seen chatting about the city they live in. Politically incorrect dingbats that they are, they refer to it as Bombay and not Mumbai. Raj Thackeray gets angry, Karan Johar gets apologetic and the rest of the country gets indignant. Fortunately, the film plays peacefully and is declared a hit.
