Call it sheer indulgence: J P Dutta's take on 'Umrao Jaan' was destined to doom. An out-of-depth Aishwarya Rai, a totally lost Abhishek Bachchan, and a long drawn-out narrative that offers nothing new or of interest -- the film had few takers from the word go.
