Path to Fitness

Aishwarya got into shape by following a fitness program that consisted of kick-boxing, yoga and weights. Pilates and power yoga were also thrown into the mix.

To maintain her figure and glowing skin, Aishwarya avoids junk food, smoking and drinking and eats plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products in the right proportion.

To detoxify the body and stay hydrated, she drinks at least eight glasses of water a day.
