According to Priyanka, she naturally does not have a tendency to gain weight. She eats well, like a "Punjabi kudi". She does, however, avoid excessively oily foods and usually reserves the weekends for indulgences. She drinks a lot of juices and water and suggests having at least 10 glasses a day.

This self professed gym hater doesn't go to the gym everyday and her workouts usually last an hour. Piggy Chops is also a yoga follower, saying it keeps her mind and body healthy.
