To lose the initial 35 kgs, Sonam did weight training, artistic and power yoga and Pilates. Her trainer also put her on six small meals a day that were low on carbs and high on protein.
Today, to stay healthy and maintain her shapely figure, Sonam eats every two hours, avoiding fried foods and sweets. She finds that cardiovascular exercises, combined with weight training work best for her and likes to frequently mix up her routine by swimming, squash and new workouts. This helps to keep her motivation high and burn more calories.
