Path to Fitness

While Shilpa is naturally blessed with a slim, curvy body, she does follow certain dos and don'ts to stay in shape. Her daily calorie intake is about 2000 and she doesn't avoid any food. What helps her most to stay, she says, is her habit of drinking warm water throughout the day which, she feels, helps clear toxins from her body and increase her metabolic rate, which in turn help in burning fat.

Shilpa's not much of a gym person and is a big fan of yoga which she religiously does for an hour every day.
