Path to Fitness

Thanks to her years of playing badminton, Deepika has a naturally fit body. She maintains it by working out regularly, especially focusing on the butt region. Her diet includes three main meals, with breakfast being the most important. She's careful about eating healthy and will avoid the potato filling in a dosa or the yolk of an egg to keep it light. Yoga and dancing (Jazz, Bharatanatyam and Kathak) also help her stay graceful and in shape.
