Shahid Kapoor had introduced Kareena to a vegetarian lifestyle and while Shahid may have long gone from her life, the vegetarianism stays on. Today, she follows the advice of her dietician Rujuta Diwekar, who has piggybacked on the success of her client's svelte new look and come out with a book that is dedicated to Kareena. We'd call the gesture sweet but we're afraid that might be fattening!
