Says Kareena: "I am a positive person and that keeps me going. I am a vegetarian and refrain from eating non vegetarian food. For fitness, I swear by Yoga. It's the perfect way of life. I keep away from those air conditioned gyms. For skin, I drink a lot of water and try to keep away from the sun. I practice Yoga religiously everyday and the day I don't do it, I feel as if I have missed something important."
