Saif started making wise career moves, and reaped the resultant success. In 2003, he appeared in and, more importantly, made a mark with 'Kal Ho Naa Ho'. In 2004, he appeared in his first villainous role with 'Ek Hasina Thi', followed by his coming-of-age film, 'Hum Tum'.
