Ameesha Patel entered Bollywood like a refreshing breeze, with 'Kaho Na Pyaar Hai' (2000). 'Gadar - Ek Prem Katha' (2001) catapulted her to national fame. However, she failed to maintain the momentum and was soon relegated to the league of Bollywood has-beens.

Post a failed attempt at reviving her career with a bikini act in 'Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic', Ameesha is now eyeing a comeback of sorts to mainstream cinema with 'Shortcut Romeo' and 'Bhaiyyaji Superhitt' slated to release later this year.
