What exactly is a 'trailblazer' award, MTV, and how is Emma Stone, albeit talented and beautiful, a trailblazer? Definitions, people. The video tribute to 'The Amazing Spider-Man' star from the likes of Anna Faris, Jim Carrey, Steve Carell and Jason Sudeikis was hilarious and wisely poked fun at the somewhat ill-defined award concept. The now blonde Stone's acceptance speech rightly acknowledged her predecessors and encouraged people to simply be themselves and thus blaze their own trail. Very sweet.
