The Artist triumphs at 2012 Bafta Awards

French silent film The Artist triumphed at the BAFTA awards - the British equivalent of The Oscars - winning a total of 7 awards, with Meryl Streep and Martin Scorsese also honoured at the glamorous ceremony in London's Royal Opera House.
