Sir Paul McCartney had the privilege of closing the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert in June, performing a medley of his hits, from Beatles favourites to favourites from Wings and his solo years. McCartney has also confirmed that he will be the closing act at the London 2012 Olympic opening ceremony in July.
