We gather here today to recap yet another kudos-fest, in which stars of TV, music, and movies vie for the most aquatic of awards, the Teen Choice surfboard statuette. Fortunately, these things can actually be used to surf, which makes a lot more sense than mounting the monstrosity on your mantelpiece.
