Umbrella, lead single of album Good Girl Gone bad, propelled the 19-year-old singer to superstardom. Featuring frequent collaborator Jay-Z, the track reached number 1 in 13 different countries, including in the UK, where it remained at  the top spot for a record-breaking ten consecutive weeks. Here, Rihanna performs the track live at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards, at which she won the award for Monster Single of the Year.
