Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad)
Hugh Bonneville (Downton Abbey)
Damian Lewis (Homeland)
Kevin Spacey (House of Cards)
Jon Hamm (Mad Men)
Jeff Daniels (The Newsroom)

Who should win? Bryan Cranston

Who will win? Kevin Spacey

There is a traditional tendency to reward movie stars for taking TV roles and that’s what may give Oscar winner Spacey the edge over the always amazing Cranston. Was Spacey good in House of Cards? Of course. Does he deserve to beat out Cranston? NO. Cranston embodies Walter White so fully that they need to create a special category for what he does on Breaking Bad. Nothing against the other actors in the category but he’s just in a league of his own.
