Jennifer Hudson channels Whitney Houston

Stars including Jennifer Hudson, Britney Spears, LL Cool J and Usher turned out in force last night for a TV special entitled We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston.

Hudson channelled Houston's style from the 1980s with big hair and a glittering blazer, performing a medley of I'm Every Woman, How Will I Know and I Wanna Dance With Somebody.

Whitney's mother Cissy and brother Gary were conspicuous by their absence but the late star's daughter Bobbi Kristina was there with her adopted brother/fiance Nick Gordon.
