"I can't believe something like this can happen in my beloved city. No matter where I went in the world, I used to so proudly speak of Mumbai being one of the safest cities in the world for women. Now comes this horrific incident. I am appalled and disgusted. Now when I look back, I shudder to think back to all the times when I dropped my young hairdresser at the nearest cab at 4 a.m. after packup."
