Whether you're in the midst of a zombie apocalypse, in need of a dangerous driver, or trapped on the planet Pandora, Michelle Rodriguez is always the fiery sidekick you want by your side. Ever since the movie 'Girlfight', in which she plays a troubled teen who becomes a boxer, Rodriguez has been typecast as the tough girl who usually dies/sacrifices herself. Not that she really minds the stereotype or sacrificial duties. Speaking to Total Film, Rodriguez insists she would rather be typecast as 'too hardcore' than play a sex object. 'My entire career is made up of those girl-power moments. . . I'm trying to create roles that are the perfect balance between man and woman.' But can she strike the balance in something other than a black tank top for once? Oh, my mistake, her tank top was white in 'Avatar'.
