Arnie becomes The Terminator

Arnie made his first film in 1970 under the name Arnold Strong, but the hilariously corny B-movie 'Hercules in New York' enjoyed little success.

His major breakthrough had to wait until 1982, when he was given the lead role in 'Conan the Barbarian', and in 1984 he finally landed the part that made him an international superstar - the eponymous Terminator in James Cameron's blockbuster hit.
