Cyrus's dad Billy Ray commented at the time 'Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. I'm so sad. There is much beyond my control right now.' Another image blow came for the young star when provocative images of the young star were posted online.

Growing up in the public eye isn't easy, and what appeared to be Miley suffering from the curse of the child star was, luckily, just a bout of teenage rebellion. Today, Cyrus is newly engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth but sparked new rumours of rebellion by chopping off her trademark locks in favour of a bleach-blonde pixie crop.
