You will remember Jack Wild as the lovable rogue The Artful Dodger from the movie 'Oliver'! He found fame in America in popular 1970s children's show 'H.R. Pufnstuf', but as an adult Wild's lifestyle of hard partying destroyed his once successful acting career. After a few small roles on stage and film, he was diagnosed with oral cancer in 2000. After battling cancer for six years, Jack Wild died on March 2 2006.
