Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria has owned several restaurants in recent years and is in the final stages of opening a women-only steakhouse, named She, on the Las Vegas strip. The Desperate Housewives star has also released a cookbook, Eva's Kitchen. Away from her love of food, the actress has stepped behind the camera to produce and direct several short films for American TV networks, and is involved in a real estate initiative to build environmentally shopping centres.
