Union Jack square parachute - Die Another Day (2002)

Used by villain Gustav Graves to drop in to the Mall in London from a helicopter, this parachute was used to establish the character as an attention-seeking adrenaline junkie. The parachute was emblazoned with the Union Jack flag and the scene was genuinely shot outside Buckingham Palace.

The scene is a homage to the amazing stunt at the beginning of 1977's The Spy Who Loved Me, where Bond skis off a cliff - using a similar device to save himself.
