Halle Berry gets caught up in a violent confrontation between her fiancé and her ex

Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend and the father of her child, has been granted a restraining order against her fiancé, S.W.A.T. actor Olivier Martinez (pictured left), after the two men had a fight that left Halle's ex with a broken rib and black eye.

The bad blood stems from a bitter custody dispute surrounding where Halle and Gabriel's four-year-old daughter Nahla will live - after the actress was refused permission to move to Paris with her French partner.

It's not the first high-profile bust-up and it won't be the last.
