Another dud from Ridley by way of another romance  – this time between Manhattan socialite and murder witness (Mimi Rogers) and the police cop assigned to protect her (Tom Berenger). His less sci-fi/more conventional approach to film-making didn’t pay off and the film fared badly when released.
