Yes, that was Elijah Wood, the star of 'The Lord Of The Rings' who plays Frodo, the nephew of Bilbo (Ian Holm/Martin Freeman). It looks like he will have some involvement in 'The Hobbit', though the nature of his part is yet to be revealed.
