Usher’s tumultuous child custody trial

A bitter child custody dispute between R&B heartthrob Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster dredged up a host of nasty allegations that caused the star to break down in tears on the witness stand. Last spring the “Climax” singer fended off charges he was a neglectful, absentee father and philandering husband with counter claims that his ex was an emotionally unstable mother. However, the case took a backseat when Usher’s  11-year-old stepson was left brain dead and later died following a jetski accident. The ordeal reached its climax with the judge awarding the star full custody and concluded with the obligatory tell-all Oprah interview.
