Rihanna takes it easy (for a while)

Rihanna's hectic schedule took its toll on the singer - in May the singer was reportedly suffering from exhaustion and was taken to hospital. She even tweeted a picture of herself hooked up to a hospital drip! In June she cancelled a trip to the UK due to tiredness. The singer made sure she took a series of well-deserved breaks though, including this yacht-trip in Italy. Even superstars need to rest now and again.
