Movie reboots have the average lifespan of a housefly these days, judging by the Spider-Man stops and starts, and now Superman – arriving just seven years after the previous rejig. Still, with Christopher Nolan producing, Zack Snyder directing – and Michael Shannon playing a certain General Zod – we reckon this just might be onto a winner.
