The Counselor

Michael Fassbender has quietly turned into a bona fide leading man over the last two years, and he’s at it again this November in Ridley Scott directed thriller The Counselor, based on Cormac McCarthy’s screenplay. The picture tells the story of a lawyer, played by Fassbender, who’s life begins to spiral out of control when he becomes involved in drug trafficking. Joining the German-Irish actor will be Brad Pitt, Javier Bardem, Penelope Cruz and Cameron Diaz. How’s that for a star-studded cast?
