Talking of the people, here's a man who wants to foster us all, Mark Foster, with his indie pop outfit Foster The People. Proving they were no mere MySpace fluke, FTP spent most of 2012 touring 295 packed-out gigs and writing new material whenever possible -- eek! Earlier in the year Foster told NME that his band planned to record a new album later in 2012, which will be due out in 2013 and inspired by The Clash, The Kinks, West African music and David Bowie. Since 'Pumped Up Kicks' - a tune that was deeply embedded into our auditory cortex - was understandably pulled from airwaves following the Sandy Hook tragedy, we could use another FTP replacement track stat!
