Frozen has waltzed its way into theatres. Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale The Snow Queen, the magical musical is Disney’s 53rd animated feature; a frost-infused adventure that almost certainly marks the start of this year’s festive season on the silver screen.

The film features voicework from Idina Menzell and Kristen Bell who lend their dulcet tones to Elsa and Anna, the Royal siblings around which the story revolves. The blue blooded belles are just the latest additions to Disney’s royal lineage, a procession of Princesses from Snow White to Cinderella which makes up the House of Mouse’s on-screen aristocracy. But mirror mirror on the wall who is the greatest of them all? Join us as we consider the credentials of Disney’s 11 official Princesses.
