Music duo Sachin-Jigar to be honoured with 6th Gujarat Gauravvant Award
Nothing better can happen when your art and hard work done for it is recognised all over and gathers accolades! A proud moment awaits the Gujarati duo Sachin-Jigar, who will be awarded by 6th Gujarat Gauravvant Award on the 4th May for bringing recognition and glory to the Gujarati society.
Sachin and Jigar have been selected by the International Creative Art Society for the award which is personally accepted by Narendra Modi, Chief Minister of Gujarat. The award ceremony is going to take place at Akash Party Plot and will commence at 7PM. The function will be attended by top most Gujarati personalities. A gathering of 15,000 people is expected.
After having most of their songs in the chartbusters last year, Sachin Jigar continue to spread their musical magic with the songs of GO GOA GONE, which will be soon up for release. More than the film the songs and compositions have been the talk of the season. The duo is enjoying this high rise in their career. They are extremely thrilled by the idea of being awarded at such a grand award function. They are more excited at the thought of being appreciated and felicitated by their own people and society.

Apollo Tyres and Crompton Greaves Ltd. were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 7.64% and 6.88% along with IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. and Oriental Bank with an increase of 5.75% and 5.70% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include MCX and Future Retail with a decrease of 3.36% and 2.55% along with Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd and Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. with a decrease of 1.91% and 1.87% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 297.32 points at 13,494.62 while the banking sector is up 255.43 points at 14,625.65 and the realty sector is up 40.59 points at 1,492.84. The Indian currency is down 0.02% at Rs 60.37 per dollar.
