Swara praises AURANGZEB co-star Prithviraj
Though YRF's AURANGZEB may not have managed the expected weekend business but still the film is getting its share of praise for the histrionic capabilities of the involved actors, and we are not talking about the masterful act from Rishi Kapoor (as it is a done thing with him now!), but about the south super star, Prithviraj, who has stunned everyone with a great performance.
When we queried Swara Bhaskar, who enacts an important role (that of Prithviraj's wife) in AURANGZEB, she had a lot to tell us about Prithviraj's multi-talents! Elaborates Swara, "Prithviraj is a very, very good actor, and very easy in front of the camera. Not only that, he knows a lot about film making. During one of the scenes, which was not going right, Prithvi finally called out to a cameraman, 'there is spill in the light', and after the shot was canned perfectly. It was quite an experience to act with him and also to see him act. Prithviraj has really worked hard on his Hindi and is here to stay!"
That is indeed great to hear such praise from an actress of such abundant talent like Swara and for the sake of cinema, and we hope that after Kamal Haasan, Rajnikanth and Chiranjeevi (though for a short time), Prithviraj too makes a mark in the Hindi cinema.
