Kiran Rao says no to TV promotions

Aamir Khan is known to be a marketing genius, but his talented wife Kiran Rao has surprised her entire marketing team.

Kiran Rao has come up with a unique strategy to promote SHIP OF THESEUS.

Kiran Rao has recently launched her banner and she would be presenting her first film SHIP OF THESEUS, releasing on July 19.

Kiran apparently feels that digital medium holds the key to the future and is the right way to go forward.

In one of the marketing brain storming sessions she came up with an alternate solution that she will put all her promos even paid promotions on internet. She would put all her monies on promotions on internet versus on television.

Kiran Rao strongly feels that you don't have to be on television to capture attention of intelligent audience. In fact she would be spending same amount on internet versus televisions.

She just doesn't feel the need to be on television. This would be obviously a clutter breaking idea.
